What makes this more than a blank template?

You receive an editable calculation structure, a fictional worked example, linked visualisations and a guide explaining the inputs, outputs and common mistakes. The purpose is to help you understand the result and repeat the process.

What does this product not cover?

Simplified five-year fictional buyout. Opening-debt interest avoids circularity. Not a transaction-ready financing model; no multiple tranches, management waterfall or tax advice. Native Excel data-table behaviour requires desktop review.

What software do I need?

A spreadsheet application that opens .xlsx files. Desktop Excel is the intended application. These release candidates have calculation and export checks; desktop Excel acceptance remains outstanding. No macros or external data connections are required.

Can I buy it today?

Not yet. These pages show the actual prepared products while checkout, delivery, purchase terms and release checks are completed. No payment or reservation is taken here.
